Hi all looking to travel Perth - Melbourne QF 648 Feb 12 next year any idea if this will be a new J Config?? Thanks in advance

Expert Flyer currently shows it as the new configuration. Obviously this could change closer to the departure date. A colleague had it change 3 hours before departure recently to an ex-Jetstar a/c he was pretty unimpressed to say the least.

Hmmm... Just wondering are EF showing QF Transcon as the new configuration by default until closer to the date. My next East - West coast flight is not until the 4th of Dec and that is also showing the new config. ???

Currently showing as the new J and I would say that it's likely to stick (though never guaranteed) as you're on the redeye. The new configs are usually used on those overnight legs from Perth.

I don't believe this to be the case. They are still showing a variety of different configs for different flights on different days. But logically there would be more flights on the new config next year as more aircraft will have been upgraded.
