I want to go to Europe early next year from PER.
My itinerary is
Day 1 PER -> Asia
Day 2 Asia -> Middle East
Day 3 Middle East -> VIE
Day 20 LHR -> Middle East
Day 22 Middle East ->Asia
Day 23 Asia -> PER
My restrictions are that I can only do daytime flights and they must be around 7 hrs. I have a few QFF points.
Are there any viable options which don't price flight legs individually?
Or will I need a travel agent?

Start with the multi search on Qantas website. Search smaller segments and then see what you can join together. The outbound journey and return can be on separate tickets if that helps with search results. If you have points with any other frequent flyer program, you may be able to use them to plug any gaps.

If you can get to CGK or DPS, there are cheap J fares to Europe. BKK is probably next cheapest followed by SIN.

Some options here:

Use the airlines multi-city search to see if the cheap fare allows a ME stopover.

QF to/from SIN is an obvious choice plus JQ to DPS. I’m not too familiar with what other options PER - Asia are readily available.

It's not clear if you want your Day 1,2,3 to be stopovers (ie > 24 hours) or you just want day time fights. Most through flights are usually one day flight connecting to an overnight flight (which is not what you are seeking).

Using QF points will restrict your options - but perhaps you have sufficient to get to/from Asia - as mentioned above DPS is one of the 'cheaper' options.

As a fan of SQ - I like their day flight to SIN followed by an overnight layover (< 24 hours) then a day flight to FRA - you can then connect or catch a train to VIE). Unfortunately the day fight to FRA is > 12 hours so may not suit you - but there may be other options ex-SIN via the Middle East (but I find many flights ex-ME are at unsociable times and/or require very long daytime layovers).

Or use them to upgrade QF to/from SIN on paid whY fare.

I want to stay in a hotel overnight between flights. I have found some QF/EK combinations with good times but the costs are eye wateringly high, >$10000. I need oxygen for all flights so will have an oxygen concentrator, and at night I use a CPAP machine.
The sticking point is QF to and from SIN where the Business fare is around $4000 -$4700. And also QF72 (SIN -> PER) doesn't depart until 6:30pm. I do have enough points to upgrade on the PER /SIN and return legs but don't see any other options.

You comment on QF72 is why I rarely have returned to Australia on QF in the past.
There is a daytime flight KUL-PER on MH (not Mon Wed).
Getting there the day before to overnight may require excessive wandering

JQ has a morning flight DPS-PER departing around 08:30a but it *is* Jetstar. I’m doing it in a few weeks time connecting to QF on to SYD…

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I would definitely engage with a competent travel agent for this. Your restrictions make the booking complex (but are perfectly reasonable given your circumstances). I've not used @madrooster myself, but several AFFers speak very highly.

MH have better times in both directions. But PER -> KUL return in J is $4670. Absolutely absurd.
I'll see what happens to the price if I try booking all the flights. I have connected through KUL in the past and the airport hotel is very easy to access. I prefer the MH times to those of QF, only the price is no better.

What are your dates? You mentioned 'early next year'. If you're hitting school holidays, it may not be cheap. Do you have flexibility in your dates?

I'm planning to leave a week before the Term 1 holidays start and to return a week after the start of the Term 2 holidays.
