I've got some upcoming flights between NTL-CBR-NTL with Pelican and Link airways. Looking at the aircraft I'd imagine my normal roller board handcarry won't fit in the overhead, do they offer the option to drop the bag off at the steps and collect it from the steps on landing? Or will I have to check it each way?

Both Link Airways and FlyPelican offer this service.

With FlyPelican you can get your bag tagged as such at checkin. Not sure about Link, I think it might be done at the boarding gate with them.
