Paying rent with Amex

Does anyone here pay their rent with an amex card?

I am aware that there is sniip but my landlord does not have that setup and I have tried to set it up multiple times but it still doesn’t work. As of right now, I am paying with their online service with rental rewards or something like that (1.8% fees). However, I would like to know if there are any options with really low fees or no fees at all when paying my rent using my amex card (I believe I get 2.25 points for every one dollar spent).

I have the same problem with one of my strata bills, which is blocked by Sniip; so I use Yak Pay instead.

I do AmEx > Coles prepaid Mastercard > Yak Pay.

Buy Coles Mastercard when they are on special so that they would cost you nothing, then you would only need to pay Yak Pay service fee which is 0.85% + GST.

Rentpay.com.au accepts Visa and MC directly. You can use Amex via the Rentpay PayPal option.
