Ditto NAB, at least the one I have.

I wouldn't use a pay.com.au or any other payment facilitator to pay the travel agent. You won't be covered by either the network chargeback protection. It may also mean you don't get whatever travel insurance comes with the card (in fact I"d be surprised if you did, but could be wrong).

Their own rewards cards seem to not have the fee, but their QF earning cards on the other hand do charge FTF.
