Pay rises for VA domestic pilots

The agreement will result in pay rises of between 14 per cent and 28 per cent for the Virgin pilots over the next three years. The deal also includes clauses relating to job security and career progression.


It brings an end to almost 18 months of protracted negotiations between the pilots and Virgin, as well as a power struggle between the two unions who are competing for members.
