Past flight history data

Hi,

What is the most accurate site for looking up past flight data (dep/arr times, cancellations etc). When googling I come across a few but they seems to have different data for the same flight (missing days, different times).

Which is the most accurate?

There are many such services out there. How far back are you trying to look for and which ones have you considered so far?

I find that sites like Flightradar24 and Flightaware work fine, although you need a subscription to access data going back a longer time.
