Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Most people flying in the months immediately after the incident would have already booked their flights in advance.

But I think the bottom line is that people will - all other things being equal, choose the cheapest fare, unless there's little difference between an airline and a competitor.
If, however, there's other factors, such as a larger, more comfortable seat, or more convenient flight times, I will always pick that, unless the fare is significantly different. I don't know though, if the average leisure traveller actually knows enough to care about the plane they are flying on.

Thanks @Strategic Aviation for the latest update.

I've just re-read this thread and find the evolution of events and our (AFF's) reaction quite interesting. Particularly months later as we now know much more about the situation and it's aftermath.
