Paper towels enhanced from lounges?

I received an initial response from Qantas customer care within 24 hours which sounds very similar to other replies mentioned here.

They also ask for my PNR. The only reason I can think of for that is for quality control to see if the paper towel complaints are coming from people who have actually been in lounges recently. Otherwise it does seem an odd request.

Assuming your FF number or email address is connected to the compliant, that should be sufficient to correlate not only which flights you were on, but whether you scanned into the lounge.
