Award Flight Assist is a service from our sister website Frequent Flyer Solutions which helps Australians to redeem their frequent flyer points effectively for travel. Launched in September 2016, we've now helped hundreds of customers to redeem many millions of frequent flyer points!

As the service continues to grow, we're looking for new, skilled award travel consultants to join the Frequent Flyer Solutions team.

Your job will be to liaise with customers to help them build the perfect award flight itinerary using their frequent flyer points. You'll need an excellent working knowledge of frequent flyer programs and airline search engines which you'll use to find available award flights to meet your clients' requirements, ensuring they get the best possible value out of their frequent flyer points.

We will provide training, but you should already have considerable experience making and travelling on award bookings. We'll look favourably on candidates that are active AFF members.

To summarise, we're looking for someone with:

• Experience making airline award bookings
• A good working knowledge of major frequent flyer programs (Qantas, Velocity, KrisFlyer, Asia Miles, AAdvantage etc.)
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent writing skills
• A focus on providing outstanding customer service
• A passion for travel, and experience travelling independently to a variety of overseas destinations
• Good geographical knowledge
• An eagerness to learn
• Ability to meet deadlines and to manage a flexible work-load

• Remuneration will be based on the workload and will be commensurate with your experience. The workload will depend on the demand for our services. We expect to offer around 2-3 days per week of work, however we may be able to offer more or less work to the right candidate depending on their wishes.
