Overview of all the Qatar Airways Lounges in Doha

No. Def stick with 'Business' lounges. Others report the Garden Lounge dining area as being crowded when they visited - I guess when a bank of flights are about to depart; but not in my experiences. But if so, turn left; there's another vast area there just for sitting and I suspect they might take meal orders there too.
I've been in both the Al Mourjan lounges a number of times. Some have been 8-13 hour connections (between US and EU flights). Most recent trip was in the newer Garden Lounge.
The lounges tend to have 2ish hour periods where they are very busy, then long periods of very few people there. As the flight banks come in roughly 6 hours apart.

The seating areas in the lounge not near the dinning area will take drink/snack orders but not the full meals. Just what is displayed in the cases scattered around the seating areas.

Oh that's good to know. (I've only visited once for a short while and was in the dining area). I thought you had to shlep the half a km over to the buffet to fetch it for yourself. So staff walk through regularly and you just flag one?

I thought that was the case - people were eating there, but maybe they got it themselves. Looking forward to the clarification.
