I hate night flights. Unless there is no way to avoid it I travel by day and sleep in beds at night

I have finally decided to fly to SIN on the 12:20 QF flight, a day earlier than originally planned. Then we will spend the night at the Crowne Plaza and catch the 10:10 CX flight to HKG. This means we will arrive in Hong Kong earlier than if QF had not cancelled the original flight. The only downside is paying an extra night’s accommodation that I hadn’t budgeted for. Only a small cost compared to the overall cost of the trip.
