Hi wise owls, we are staying in Oslo over Xmas 2025 and expect that the city will substantially close down.

Does anyone know of a hotel or restaurant that will be open so that we can book for Xmas lunch?

Appreciate any polite suggestions.
 
I don’t have any suggestions sorry … but Oslo can be cold, so being there in summer seems like a great idea!
