My provider uses Optus, does this mean I can claim QFF points?.

You need to receive a bill directly from Optus and make the link to your FF account on the Optus web site. So unless you have an Optus account you won't be getting QF FF points from Optus.

I see, gee that's not very fair :)
huh? why not fair? If you want your telecommunications company to provide QFF points they either ask them to get on board with a QFF partnership of change to Optus as your provider.

Sorry about bringing up an old thread, but thought I would ask here instead of starting a new one.

I am earning points from my sister who is with Optus, I am thinking of going to Optus am I able to get points from both?

Thanks, Ben

yes you can still keep getting your sisters points and also your own if you have an Optus mobile. You can have points delegated from everyone in your family if you wanted.

Thanks for the reply, I wish it was with telstra as all my family uses them but only my sister has Optus.

Ben

Agree Ben, if would make more sense IMO if Qantas and Telstra teamed up, they both used to sponsor similar sporting events, both Aussie companies etc... Have been holding off switching to Optus for the phones for that reason.
