Open Jaw Multi-city classic reward

Was trying to book an open jaw Multi city classic reward. QF J one direction and BA F in the other. Not my preferred dates, but it’s what is available.

However, it kept on sending me back to the date selection page. I guess this is something to call up about to see if it can be booked?

To be honest hardly see any QF J (its usually EK or QR Js that I see available) nor BA F.

A few weeks ago, I did have issues progressing through each leg confirmation. But it did miraculous fix itself a couple of weeks ago when I did some random searches for AFF specific queries.

Thanks. In the end I decided not to book it (the gap between flights was too long at about 6 weeks) and I think at least one of the seats has gone now. However with Emirates bringing back a second A380 service to MEL maybe there's some hope of classic reward seats appearing closer to the flight time.
