Hi folks,

I'm one of those people who plans their own travel fairly carefully after having been burnt by some less-than-competent travel agents. I like online travel sites which display the rules for the fares displayed during searches and bookings -- wonderful info like routings, restrictions, fare classes, conditions, add-on coupon costs, etc etc.

travel.com.au used to be good for this, but their recent 'improvements' have reduced the usefulness of the search process, and removed access to the fare rules (as far as I can see). If you try to make a booking a small link is displayed for rules, but this is a pathetic little summary of no use at all.

So where can one now turn to understand what is and isn't possible on a fare?? Are there any sites left in Oz that will reveal this info?
