I’ve noticed my upcoming BA flights have disappeared from the Qantas app.

Normally any partner flight with my QFF number attached will show up in the Trips section of the app.

Just wanting to check if this has disappeared for everyone else too?

Just checked and can confirm that my upcoming flights on BA and CX are both showing up in my Qantas app....

You can go in and manually add the flight to your trip, the + top right cnr of trips page, enter PNR, surname.
It should stick until the glitch self corrects.

uh oh. Looks like it’s a me issue! Thanks everyone

Will be keeping boarding passes for these flights in case I have to manual credit.

MH, WY on for me

You might want to check your booking with BA

They can sometimes drop off if it gets re-ticketed.

certainly can see BA (paid flights) and AY (redemption flights) on the QF app - but on the website my bookings only shows flights issued on Qantas ticket, so the BA (paid flights) do not show

I booked a set of flights on MH (via AuntBetty -$’00s cheaper than direct with airline) and opened the QF app and used the manage my booking function to add the PNR and the full trip immediately populated and has remained there in the QF app.

This discussion reminded me strangely I've also noticed that my upcoming CX itinerary has also disappeared from the QF app. Strangely when I tried adding it again it's been throwing errors.

Yep, my CX booking has disappeared. As has a BA booking and an AY booking. My next QR booking never showed up (they stopped appearing a couple of years ago).

So it looks like the crack down on accessing other airline PNRs continues.

This isn’t necessarily a QF thing but each airline no-longer allowing you to view another airlines PNR unless one of their flights is in the booking.

@LondonAussie
All my CX and AY flights, without any involvement with QF except for the inclusion of my QFF number, were showing and then disappeared from 'Trips' in the App, a few weeks ago. I tried to reload them manually with the "Add my trip" and despite adding the correct PNR it says "Unable to add booking. Check details and try gain". I assumed it was QF being petty and discontinuing supporting competitor airlines flights in the QF app. The flights are listed in both the CX and AY apps.

I wouldn’t be too quick to blame QF. The partner airlines have locked down their bookings (QR was one of the first).

Try viewing any of your bookings on rj.com - that favourite hack for MMB / seat selection is dead and buried unfortunately.
