Does anyone know if free checked luggage and lounge access allowed?
Flying EAS-xMAD-BCN and is Iberia for BCN leg so hoping Iberia honour OWE

I assume this is with an IB flight number (i.e. flight is "Iberia, operated by Air Nostrum")

You should get full Oneworld benefits, in the same way you would when flying on QF operated by QantasLink/Jetconnect/etc.

Yes Matt IB flight numbers operated by both Air Nostrum and Canary Air.
It was more the luggage allowance, but lounge access will be a bonus.

Air Nostrum is a OneWorld associate member so you should be fine for that flight.
However Canary Air is not and you may not enjoy OW benefits on that flight despite the IB flight number.
Best to contact them to check.

Thanks, hopefully they honour it but if not it will just mean paying for a checked bag. Yes annoying but not massive in the grand scheme unless it happened on all 5 flights, but only 1 is Canary

If it is all on one PNR / booking / ticket then they may honour the higher allowance all the way through.
