Hello all
I have had a quick search but cannot find info - apologies in advance if this has been covered before
I am a Gold member with Qantas for the next 10 months, but as I am now living in the UK I have no hope of keeping that status next year (as I am already on the “soft landing” year), but I do want to make use of the One world sapphire membership when flying on BA in the mean time
I have just got an American express card over here which links with my BA executive club membership and prefer to funnel points to BA whilst living here.
My question is, due to the Qantas membership being one world, if I use my BA executive number when flying with BA, will I be able to show my Qantas card to get into the lounge, priority checkin etc? Is there any other way to have the system ‘know’ I am a one world sapphire even though with BA exec club specifically I don’t yet have a tier?
Thanks,
Steve
