It's a nice fast processor and good internal RAM and 4G
But my issues with it - no expandable SD, and no second SIM slot.

The other issue with these Chinese brands (albeit this one comes from the Oppo guys) and is very well marketed is the firmware can be a little undercooked.
Although this one is using Cynagon mod which is normally good.

I would be waiting to see what the Nexus5 replacement is first.

Would also be cautious as to whether you can use the 4G bands in Aus.

I recently bought this Chinese phone - that is expandable and has a second SIM, and is super thin and super cheap.
Sure the processor is a little older, and its only 3G but it is very sufficient for my needs.
Albeit the firmware aint the best (and the one I have is a MIUI based 4.2 not Kitkat 4.4)

You will not see expandable SD on any further phones that are released for Android, it's a feature no longer supported by Google at present and manufacturers are starting to follow Googles policy, unfortunately.

The battery cannot be replaced without major issue either....but for $400 those that have it here say 4G is no issues and wifi is AC 5GHZ.......a number of the early bugs with it have been ironed out with recent firmware updates too.
Nexus 6 is October....
