Title says it all - is this possible ? Heard some rumours.
If so at what rate and do award tickets qualify ? I guess they wouldn't know/care onboard.
 
Anything is possible I suppose but would you get the same level of service is what I would be asking.
As an example, how many extra J/F meals will be loaded for empty seats that may or may not be sold on board?
