If you just go to bild.de, it isn't hard to navigate through the front page to the relevant articles on Oktoberfest. A couple below:

Of course, according to this Wikipedia page, Bild is the German equivalent of England's The Sun, except slightly more sensationalist, and more topless women (and erotic stories, it seems). Seems amazing what you can get away with on mainstream media in Germany.......
