Maybe it's just the luck of the draw, but I finally got around to looking for the final flight on my June 2014 trip, SIN-PER.
I had originally planned on the QF flight, but alas, that no longer exists. The direct 3K flight on 12 Jun now has a base price of SG$598 one way. Or roughly what the fully flexible fare used to be on the QF A330. And the JQ DPS connection flights arrive after 0200.
Even though this trip is scheduled to earn me WP with QF (unless they cancel soft landings before then) Scoot is likely to get the business. Though I suppose MH and BA are still possibilities, given I don't worry about flight duration as much as arrival times.
Aside: When I check OW flight availability on that day, the JL code share SIN-PER is listed as FLIGHT CANCELLED
Oh well, the problems of wandering (even with three months advance purchase)
