Heading to Europe in June / July for 3 weeks with Cruiserette - Suite/F Savers ob on SQ - J Savers ib - and I have also secured 2 x J Savers ob/ib for my number 1 man and his wife for August travel - need to start booking accom etc so thought high time check on Travel Insurance for all.

I hold Cent and Select - all flts for all 4 pax ob/ib redeemed on SQ via KF pts earnt on Cent / Select / WPSQ Amex Card - WPSQ Card sweeps direct each month - I transferred pts from both Cent and Select in preceding months to making redemptions.

Cent: Primary Cardholder AND Supplementary Cardholders are covered PLUS their spouses PLUS all fully financially dependant children under 24yrs of age - BLANKET COVER - just by holding Cent ALL are covered - regardless of how flt tix / accom secured or paid for.

Select: Primary Cardholder AND Supplementary Cardholders are covered PLUS their spouses PLUS all fully financially dependant children under 21yrs of age IF flt tix / accom secured or paid for by using Select Card as per below:

The SQ redemptions I secured do not comply with Select requirements as pts transfers from Citi do not fall within the 1 month window so fully paid pre-booked accom will have to be paid with Cent - D'Oh - 2pts/$ and not 3.33pts/$.

Thought this might help some others also.

I always bung in 15,000 points as close to "prior to redemption" as possible; to specifically meet that requirement, even though I have way more in the SQ account.
I presume that covers me though I've never had to claim - thankfully!
