It appears that way.
Would be very sad to see it go. You just never know when you might need it.
Even the captain of the flight came and spoke to us and wanted to hear about the broken ankle at the wedding,

I realise I am probably complaining about the cost of things a bit too much.
I’ll give it a rest.
It’s tourist country here so it’s to be expected.
Any prices I give from now on will be for reference purposes in case others want to know what to expect.

I wouldn’t call it complaining, I visit NZ a fair bit and always find the cost of food when eating out more than comparable food in Aus, regardless of where you are. That includes very non tourist pubs. Just seems to be what it is.

It was one of the best flights of our lives. Spectacular doesn't come close. So glad you enjoyed it.

Don't worry about whinging about the prices. Every time we go we do the same. They seem to increase exponentially every time we go. 25 years ago I thought it was so cheap over there. Not any more! Wellington in Jan. I wonder what price shocks that will bring?

Beautiful country and Milford Sound is a wonder of the world. Prices are high. I find the supermarket experience a challenge! Petrol cost another level. But we are on holidays so just have to put up with it.
