NRT - KUL J award query

I was looking to book a NRT - KUL J award next year they only seem to offer the 11.10 SQ637 out of NRT

If I search to just SIN then there's the 20.50 SQ11 also available.

What would my chances be of calling in and getting the SQ 11 flight combined with a morning flight to KUL? I'd prob have a 3 hourish layover in SIN. Would I still be able to get the 15% discount since it's not showing up online?

The tip to try the SQ mobile app in the other thread helped me out. Weird why they display different availability.
