This review is part of my trip report that is here http://www.australianfrequentflyer....tos/parts-portugal-spain-then-fasa-61547.html

We really enjoyed this hotel. The room was large, the twin beds super comfortable and the bathroom facilities & supplies were fine.-not sure about the fashion of a window straight from the bathroom out to the room:?:. We opted not to bother with the wi-fi. Despite not being fans of buffets, the huge choice, quality and freshness of all the options won us over at lunch and dinner (we slept through breakfast). We also enjoyed a few beers at the pool bar during the happy 2 hour. Other than a few take offs just after midnight, we were not bothered by any noise from the airport. The courtesy transfer was waiting & left as soon as we got aboard the next morning. We were dropped straight outside the F class check-in.
Photo only shows part of pool-it is a good size with plenty of room around it for sitting or lying

It really is a very convenient hotel for overnight transits in BKK. I've stayed there a couple of times. The new Le Meridien opening in a couple of months should be interesting, but not quite as convenient.

I'll be in BKK overnight on Xmas Day with next day's departure to SIN. With train services at BKK, it's easy to get to the city so I've booked downtown hotel. Same hotel for return trip on New Year's and 02 Jan.
