Which PB list will I need to wait for, in order to look for what might be useful in Istanbul in April ?

Do the PB lists cover the same periods year-after-year ?

The latest is for 3 months rather than traditional 2 but hard to know if this is a permanent change. However looks likely April PB will be available in 3 months time.
