"North America" menus

Was on todays arriving QF11 into LAX. On the bottom of the long haul J menus, it notes which flights that menu is used for.

The menu was listed as "Australia to North America" and was listed as being used for QF 11, 15, 73, 75, 93 and 95. ie, the flights to LAX, SFO, and YVR.
Are HNL and DFW not part of North America?
 
I think Himeno is referring to the apparent exclusion of DFW and HNL from the descriptor "North America". HNL isn't, but DFW certainly is in North America!

But just some airline shorthand I guess.
