Is is possible for a resident of a European country to family Pool points from flying club to a velocity Frequent Flyer membership ?

If not, can a resident of a European country register for velocity as a resident of Australia without permanent residence status ?

Hi AngryHippie,

Unfortunately as Virgin Atlantic's flying club and Velocity Frequent Flyer are different loyalty programs you are unable to family pool between programs.

To become a member of Velocity Frequent Flyer you need to be an individual resident in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Cook Islands, Vanuatu, Tonga, Solomon Islands, Samoa, Christmas Island or Cocos Island.

Thanks
