non refunded points

I have been chasing some non refunded points/fees after cancelling two J award seats Nandi - Honolulu since September 2018. I have made several calls and each time I have been told it will be attended to but I need to wait 6 weeks for the fees/ points to be refunded. Still no luck. What is the best contact to step this up to the next level?

I cancelled Dometic rewards flights recent ( and a bne-alk flight late last year) and refund was within 24hours. 6 weeks is pretty slack. Can't help with contact...but have found Facebook chat responsive.

Try email but maybe first get back on the phone and just simply ask why they need six weeks? I mean maybe there is something in the booking that is stopping an automated process tidying it up and issuing the refund of points and fees? Whatever the issue though this is unacceptable.

FWIW I've never had to wait more than 24 hours for a points refund, credit card refunds ~ three or four days.

Yes totally agree its unacceptable. They say the issue is with the Fiji Airways Office. Be that as it may, that is their communication issue not mine. Ive been told three times that it would be fixed over the phone. The last time was the time I was told to wait 6 weeks. I had two bookings I cancelled in September 2018. One was for two J seats, the other two economy, both on the same flight. The economy refund was immediate. I have now emailed [email protected] and waiting a response from there.
