Sorry if I'm repeating a ? that may have been asked. I found lots referring to those that are qff, no status to high status and seating.
My friend is flying to US in Nov. We are flying in two different classes and I was told I couldn't book us together for this reason. We booked separately. She is not qff.
If QF doesn't book a seat for non qff folk when flt. is actually booked, how do they know then how many seats they are able to sell? I've been watching e.f. since we each booked to see how many single economy seats are booked. Just curious as I'm not concerned she won't end up with no seat.
