No QFF points or SC on JL flight operated by KE?

Hi all,

I flew JL5150 (operated by KE) from GMP to KIX in Y on 3 June.

I received no QFF points or SC and the missing points claim I raised was unsuccessful. What is the reason for that?

You will only earn QF points and SC on codeshare flights if the operator is also a Oneworld carrier (eg JL flight operated by CX). As Korean Airlines is not a Oneworld member you will not earn any points.
