Had opened NAB Rewards Signature Credit Card on 05/02/24 and certainly paid the second year's annual fee and tried to canel the card on 05/06/25, csr said
For the terms of this product, to be eligible for a prorated annual fee refund you must hold this card for 24 months from first use. First use of the card is when the first year annual fee is charged. This was a process change effective 11/04/2025 applying to the refund eligibility for credit cards. Your annual fee is charged to cover the costs of features and benefits for cardholders. This change was designed for a more equitable exchange of value of promotional offers.
So no annual fee refund was given, and nor any document csr can provided, I quote
Earlier in the conversation you cited 12 month eligibility for an annual fee refund in the terms and conditions for your card. To be fully transparent, I am not able to view this information from my end. Are you able to provide a link to where this information is held so that we can review this together?
Sure thing I mean if that was the case, but is it?
