I'm getting this error For MEL and SYD to Chisinau, Moldova. The route exists (SQ to SIN, then TK to IST and then KIV) and it appears to give a price, but can't find any flights for Aug or Sept; TK runs to KIV all year round. I am on the Canadian site (redirected from the Oz one)

Any idea what the problem might be?

That's interesting

Searching AC Aeroplan for IST-KIV, I get flights via Warsaw (LOT) and Budapest + Warsaw (TK+LOT); but searching TK website, get 2 direct flights daily IST-KIV.

BUT searching SIN-KIV I get SIN-IST-KIV on TK :) -But no business on any day I tried Aug, Sept, Oct this year. The only route in all my combos that didn't have business, not even 'mixed cabins'.

May be a job for FFS :)

Edit: Plus note that the original route )'no flights') appears to price at the top (although seemingly too low??).

'm having no problems seeing it - then again, I exclusively search one-way since roundtrip award searches are for suckers:

Thanks. Shame MEL or SYD-AUH is always in Economy

Going back to my original screenshot, is the fact that it displayed a price but said "no flights" a common bug?

Not always the case! Heck, I'm flying EY between MEL and ZRH in April in J! What I will point out is that this is where the stopover feature can be a real gem. For instance, booking a stopover at DXB makes an all (or nearly all) J award possible:

If you see a price but no flights appearing either you are booking a return flight (and you shouldn't) or Aeroplan is seeing saver availability that isn't open to it (but is to other partners on StarNet).
