No confirmation email for DSC

Hi wise owls, I registered immediately for the DSC offer but have not received a confirmation email for myself or Mrsausfox. Should I be concerned or is this widespread?

Have you booked yet?

If you have, then it would have been better for you to take a screenshot of the registration.

If not booked yet, then you can register again. I'd suggest log in to each Qantas account. Under Menu, the Frequent Flyer tab, click Member Offers, then under Earning points heading find and click the "Thanks A Million, Australia" offer and proceed to select option and confirm. You should get a confirmation email shortly after .

I guess you have booked.

The screenshots should be hopefully enough to chase up after taking the flights. DSC will also take a little time to post after the flights.

Personally I don’t see much to be gained from a call now. It’s not like they typically will send you a one-off manual email confirming you registered before booking.

I re-registered and received a confirmation email but I already have two trips locked in.
I suppose we wait and see.

Note that if you activate your DSC offer directly through the Qantas website it states that by seeing the confirmation screen, your offer is activated (i.e. it will send no e-mail). If you register through the e-mail sent by QF, then it will provide you a confirmation e-mail. You're able to register multiple times to 'switch' offers, and whatever you registered with last is what you'll get (double points or SC).
