No cards to international address?

I haven’t received that statement email. Ever. And I still have a useless amount of money stored against my card.

I received one at 0405 this morning, advising me that I get an online QF Cash statement every month(?). First that I can recall ever receiving, and given I no longer keep any funds there, not now looking forward to another email in a month.
