Had this Riesling tonight.
A big nose, the first hit on the palate sweet but then it has a dryer acid finish, green apple to me. A hint of oiliness too.

Surprise! Still very drinkable, tannins, very rich, spice soft fruit. Cork had to be removed with an Ah So. Disintegrating on pulling. Decanter after sieving.

The label is a bit hard to follow - it’s a 2012 which is their 16th vintage apparently. Nice secondary flavours with black fruit and the savoury characteristics of Sangiovese.
