Heya Milboo,
Its a legit NYtimes opinion article point of view.
Basically actual miles vs milage value that airline gives in reward.
Someone went on a trip, didn't get as much as they expected, belatedly discovered they hadn't noticed they werent going to get that much reward as the email itinery stated as much.
Nice, if you want a midly sad story of disappointment with some low to intermediated points reality knowledge.
