No Frills.....Jetstar, Tiger and Air Asia soon
Few Frills....Virgin as they migrate up the food chain (when will Virgin Lite occur??)
More Frill, but less than the good ole days.....Qantas
At each level you get a bit more customer service and back up when things go wrong.
However I guess there is also a new reality now that many airfares are so cheap about how much we can expect from an Airline when a flight is cancelled and in particular for cheap domestic flights.
I mean how many other businesses would compenasate customers with more than what the original purchase was worth??
ie an airfare may have been bought for say $50- 100.....so can one reasonablly expect a hotel room or taxis? though yes ceratainly the terminal should be kept open.
