New VA bag tags 2026

I'm a little confused
Apparently you’re not the only one. At VA checkin this morning , a lady handed one of the new tags to the checkin staff , enquiring what to I do with this. Both checkin ladies had never seen or heard about them. I mentioned that they’re meant to be attached to carry on bags. In the end the tag never got used.

the white thing that pulls out, broke the first time i pulled it out, so now when u push it back in, there is no way to get it out again. Looks nice, but basically has no functionality... what a waste of money!!
