I'm not a 'Red Planet' person (by choice!) but have said that I would participate in surveys, and one arrived this morning.

Seems to be better constructed than most - mostly, it let me express what I actually thought rather than being boxed into phrases and responses I didn't really like. Focus I think on QFF scheme compared to the others I said I was a member of(survey is titled 'Rate the Program'.

Took a bit more than 5 minutes to do.

Got it but haven't opened it yet. I thought it was the usual "how would you rate the QFF programme?" and "would you recommend it to your friends and family?" questions which I've done at least four times.

They might be interested in my responses this time having gone from WP to nothing in a couple of years (LTS though!) I'm headed for zero SCs this year.
Probably not though.

I do both (Red Planet and usual surveys) and got this one this morning... haven't got around to completing it yet though!

I received a survey this morning for FF program, no mention of points and took about 5 minutes to do.

Nature of the survey was predominately comparing QF and VA FF programs and the volume of flights between this and last year

I got it too; didn't take too long, was interesting to see how much my flying with QF has decreased over 12 months (I'd not really thought too much about it).

Gave them my point of view, whether they actually take anything on board remains to be seen, although I did note they had several questions on the Bid Upgrade. Perhaps it's not as successful as they were anticipating?

I got this as well, and although my flying is only enough to flip back and forwards between SG and PS, I hadn't realized how much I'd stopped flying QF. One domestic flight in Nivembwr and a domestic J* in May.

They got a bit of a hammering on the value of QFF: fuel fines (even reduced) make economy flights bad value, and it's difficult to get international business flights if you aren't booking 9+ months out.

commented about the the wiliness to hand out points but the lack of award flights
