New standard carry-on size

I note the new guideline will be 54.6xcm x 34.3cm x 19cm.

My bag is 55cm x 35cm x 23cm and weights only 1.5kgs (which is why I chose it)...... not happy, especially as I usually only take one handbag and one carryon and Im allowed to take extra but don't and I know my current bag fits in small aircraft.

Wonder how long before ebay has some fake "Cabin OK" patches we can put on our bags.
 
My wheel on's are about right for length and breadth, but miss out on depth by 3 to 4 cm's. Must admit it can be difficult to stow bags overhead in Y, especially in the U.S. where most pax tend to carry on back-packs as well as wheelies.
