New Sniip customers can earn 5000 QFF points

I heard back from support.
All the bills must be paid by credit card to get the points. I must have missed reading that.

Two of mine I sent from my bank account so will have to pay another one from cc.
I found this requirement very interesting because it is not mentioned anywhere in the terms of the offer.

It could be clearer and more explicit, but yes it is mentioned:

Eligible Payment Methods that earn Qantas Points are any payments made with a valid Australian-issued Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card, American Express card or international/overseas issued debit and credit cards. Payments made via bank account, prepaid cards and Crypto.com cards are not eligible.

Basically you only get points if you pay them a fee, which makes sense.
