New Qantas promos including double status credits (book by 3/9/25; travel 4/9/25 until 22/8/26)

This seems like a common error on the last few weeks. Call and get it fixed.

Does anyone know why so many revenue fares that were booked as part of this promo are crediting as Classic Plus?

mayhaps the interns have done some IT work and screwed up things internally?

Personally I haven't had any issues with this and I believe I do not have any more flights left under this promo.

Way back in Aug last year I booked the cheapest movie option. This was an option to watch any movie, any time provide the start of the film was in Australia.

A little while back i took the option up and booked a film MEL AKL MEL when it was on special.

Traveled out on Thu and the standard 80 SC posted as normal prior to landing.

Just now on Sunday eve the “twice as rewarding” posted.

This is particularly exciting as tomorrow I travel back and need 52 for LTG as of now.

Tomorrow will be outside the travel window for double.

With the current offer ending Tuesday and Qantas is releasing results on Thursday, this week is something worth watching for another DSC offers.

I think people are less inclined to participate in DSC when they don't know exactly what the 'enhanced' QFF program is going to look like. And the recent drop in sign-up bonuses will result in reduced interest too.

Well the fact QF has a major sale going on finishing today suggests they are keen for more bookings. If the sale doesn’t get enough interest for their liking they are likely to consider things like a DSC promo.

I think people are less inclined to participate in DSC when they don't know exactly what the 'enhanced' QFF program is going to look like. And the recent drop in sign-up bonuses will result in reduced interest too.

one could say the same/similar about participating in the sale this week.

The program is certainly looking less attractive.

I accumulate points to try to get J/F reward seats on QF metal return to LHR and availability of those seats has been terrible for a long time now. Reduced points earn from credit cards is going to be able to make it more difficult to get value out of the program.
