New Qantas promos including double status credits (book by 3/9/25; travel 4/9/25 until 22/8/26)

Does anyone have experience with bookings made in the booking period but before clicking “register for double status credits” in the app?

No flame please - asking for a friend. 🤦‍♂️

Qantas never sends us emails. Still have received nothing for the cyber incident either.
What Qantas cyber incident....?

My SC and points have just arrived.

These promos affect everyone differently. I am travelling today. Booked yesterday. So I miss out.
Same thing happened in October.

Will travel again in a couple of weeks but do not know exactly from where.

I book regularly on the day before travel. Qantas knows this I presume so people in my situation don’t need any enticement I suppose.

I would probably actually do better if I received 1 SC / $12 or whatever the other mob have gone to.
