Haha, Yes, I did put in an application twice (failed comprehension of the term "less than 25 words" the first time).

And, I've been a card carrying Velocity Rewards member since the scheme was launched. Actually, my card would have been one of the first few public ones issued as I signed up within 5 mins or so of the VR site going live and accepting invites.

Mal I hope you didn't take my comment the wrong way,I was just taking the mickey,I read your comments about various issues with Virgin with great interest,and you have a great deal of experience as a frequent flyer and I'm sure your knowledge and experience could be put to good use in ensuring that Virgin (any airline actually)provide the sort of services that frequent flyers want.
So no offense meant.
