Pondering one final hurrah (as in longish trip ) probable 2023/2024 with a Europe train trip.
I have noticed that the night trains seem to be making a come back. In 2007 we did a lot of night trains then across Europe
Just wondering anyone has trips planned or been on the new trains recently?

I follow the Man in Seat 61 on Twitter and drool at some of the new trains.

I know you're talking a while away but for others if you're about to buy a train pass

INTERRAIL SALE EXTENDED with 50% off 1/2/3 month passes until midnight tonight at Myinterrail as they've had record website visitors, some ppl have had tech problems buying. The €670 1-month pass is half price, €335, or just €252 if you're under 28

I've been researching the Austrian Night Jet sleeper trains, and hope to take them during my next Europe trip. They have a fairly good network :)
I've been watching a few you tubes for planning my impending train journeys in Europe, the Night jet looks amazing. Unfortunately I couldn't get them to work for my travel.

I've done a few in the past and would again (though not on my next Europe trip). They are generally great fun, and really add to the travel experience (IMO)!

Never tried the Nightjets, but have done the Austrian Railjets, they were quite good, including reasonably priced , reasonable quality catering.
