Recently I had the displeasure of needing to deal with a corporate travel agent whom completed an international booking for me. When I check the QFF site and mange the booking it shows my passenger name as:

Mr Firstmr Second where my name would usually appear as Mr First Second.

Domestic bookings I have made via the QF website are fine.

The TA said it is normal now for agent bookings to appear like that on the revamped site. Anyone else had this experience?

PS: Don't want to be there ready to depart and have a passport mismatch here or in Asia.

Happens to all my bookings via a TA and has done for as long as I can remember.
Title Dr Princess Fiona (Title First name Second Name)
QF booking Dr Princess Fiona
TA Princessdr Fiona

Yes, I've had this with different TAs, isn't a hassle. Not sure why it happens but seems to be ok once you checkin online etc.

To be honest, I've also flown international (3 segments in fact into three different countries) with misspellings in my name and haven't had issues either.

I've had this happen too, and before the changes to MMB. I was concerned but the company TA assured it was all OK. It was. No dramas here or in HKG.

It happened before the MMB layout change. It depends on what GDS the agent uses to create the booking. I know that Galileo (which Flight Center uses) does it like that.

I'd prefer an option for no title.

I'm in the same boat. Doesn't make much sense to me but seems they all do it...

For me, it causes issues adding my hotel membership number, via the website, because the names are different.
