Announced in 2021 with an opening planned for last year, still a way off but closer than the Hilton Parramatta

It was supposed to have opened already (I think the original target date was 2024 or 2025), but there were some disputes related to the nearby Metro station I believe.

There's also a QT opening somewhere down the road along O'Connell St
